Q: Are the products original?
A: All our products are original and subject to the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Commerce.

Q: How can I track an order?
A: You can track the order through the shipping company's website using the shipment number sent to you by them.

Q: Can I add products after completing the order?
A: After completing the order and paying, you cannot add other products.

Q: Can I change the delivery address?
A: The delivery address cannot be changed after payment.

Q: Can I cancel the order after payment?
A: You can cancel the order within the time of the request maximum ( 2 hours after creating the order) through the customer service. After that we will not able to cancel the order.
